Quality Policy

Quality throughout all processes is a central and dynamic principle at SCISYS. To safeguard quality we introduced a quality management system in 1997, which has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Our actions both inside and outside the company are also guided by internal directives.

Management and employees regard the quality management system as an instrument for supporting quality-related processes. A key aspect in this context is the ongoing monitoring and improvement of work procedures.

In November 2003 SCISYS successfully updated to the most recent version of the standard, ISO 9001:2000. It incorporates an analysis of customer satisfaction as a formal component of quality management, and provides a further incentive for us to focus even more closely on customers' needs and to enhance the effectiveness of every work stage and all our actions.

At the end of 2009 we updated to the most recent version of the standard, ISO 9001:2008 and at the same time implemented an integrated management system. The certification also encompasses ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001.
