The company rebrands as SCISYS plc.

2012:
Acquires German space-market provider MakaluMedia

2007:
SCISYS plc purchases German company VCS AG, creator of the dira! solution for radio

2006:
The company becomes SciSys PLC following split by a divestment of CODA

2003
CODASciSys plc Group announces record profits for 2002, maintaining its track record of unbroken profits growth since admission to the AIM in 1997. The company purchases SquareSum and Business Collaborator.


2002:
The merged Science Systems PLC is renamed CODASciSys PLC

2000:
Science Systems acquires CODA, a financial software firm. The two companies operated as separate entities for two years

2000:
On 15 June 2000, Science Systems PLC celebrates 20 years since its founding and inaugurates its new corporate headquarters in Chippenham, where continues to operate from

1999:
Turnover of £30 million achieved

  

1998:
First Annual Report and Accounts published. New premises opened in Reading.

1997:
Science Systems lists on (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange

1994:
The company’s profit before tax exceeds £1 million for the first time

1992:
The subsidiaries of Science Systems (Industrial) Ltd and Science Systems (Space) Ltd formed.

1989:
Science Systems (Commercial) Ltd is formed and becomes a premier CODA partner. A third office opening in Stirling and the London office relocates to Hammersmith. 


1986

Management purchase a majority shareholding of the business from the original investors. The Datasense company is merged into Science Systems Ltd carried on. Mike Love becomes the Chief Executive of Science Systems.

 

1982
A new office opened in Bristol under the leadership of Mike Love (the current SCISYS Group Chairman).
 


1980:
Science Systems begins trading in June 1980. It began as a Datasense company and both entities were on Kings Road in London.
