The OverSeer software framework and SciSys autonomy applications have been used in a variety of commercial ESA, EU and UK national and non-space (mostly defence and utilities) projects. For example, in the collaborative PRoVIScout and PRoViSG projects SciSys is pioneering state of the art opportunistic target acquisition and response techniques based on the MMOPS and SARA concepts. This will allow a mobile platform to autonomously identify targets of interest and acquire more data without intervention from human operators thus enhancing the quality and quantity of data returned.
