The Galileo System Test Bed V2/B (GSTB V2/B) is a satellite developed by Galileo Industries (GaIn) for ESA to preserve the Galileo frequency filing and to flight test critical navigation technologies needed for Galileo. SciSys is responsible for the Mission Control Segment and the Spacecraft Simulator.

The GSTB V2/B mission will:

SciSys' Mission Control System (MCS) solution for GSTB V2/B is based on the European Space Agency's (ESA) SCOS-2000 satellite control system infrastructure. SCOS-2000 has been used on many ESA missions, including the Rosetta cometary inception mission (for which SciSys developed SCOS-2000).

The Spacecraft Simulator solution is based on ESA's SIMSAT simulator infrastructure infrastructure on a PC. It includes a high fidelity model of the platform and payload, and the ground station interface. It also runs to onboard software with a software emulator.
